PUMA HOUSE OF FOOTBALL

OVERVIEW

We helped PUMA host an 8 day event held at Sunway Pyramid to portray them as the headquarters of football.

THE GOAL

PUMA wanted us to help show their strength as a football brand, letting Malaysians know just how deeply PUMA is ingrained into football culture.

THE SOLUTION

We developed an IP that is visually similar to the PUMA headquarters in Germany, where football fans could experience Puma’s extensive football history firsthand through a series of specialised rooms.

Football fans got to immerse themselves in PUMA’s football brand, starting with PUMA’s history in football. Next up were the footballers, football clubs, and national teams that partnered with PUMA for over eighty years.

During the event, we also showcased the Malaysian Football League (MFL) partnership with PUMA with a giant 13ft PUMA ball. We also created fan engagement here for PUMA where the public was encouraged to take photo with the giant ball to be posted on social media tagging MFL to stand a chance to win Malaysian football tickets.

Living Minds also coordinated with PUMA’s HQ to bring down the legendary Pele’s PUMA boots down to Kuala Lumpur – showcasing it as a testament to PUMA’s quality products to the public during the event.

THE RESULT

We managed to generate brand interest for the PUMA brand to Malaysian audiences by taking full advantage of our relationships with staple local football partners.
