In conjunction with their Liverpool Football Club kit launch in the game PubG, we teamed up with Tencent to promote their game to Malaysian players through our local football star players.THE GOAL
Tencent wanted to bridge the gap between traditional sports and esports. They wanted people to know that professional gamers are just as worthy of being called athletes as traditional sportsmans – given the competitive and prestigious nature of top esports tournaments.THE SOLUTION
We negotiated for our very own Puskas Award 2016 winner, Faiz Subri to be featured as a part of the Liverpool Football Club kit launch.THE RESULT
The partnership announcement was streamed live on the PubG Mobile Youtube channel – showcasing the legitimacy of esport players as athletes to football fans across the globe.
